Do we Tattoo minors?
We do not tattoo minors - even with parental / legal guardian consent. It is illegal in the State of California to tattoo a minor California Penal Code Section 653 PC and considered a crime.
Misdemeanor Offense:
Violating PC § 653 is a misdemeanor, meaning it carries a penalty of up to six months in county jail, a fine of up to $1,000, or both.
Do we Pierce minors?
Yes, we do offer a selection of piercing services we are able to provide for your clients who are under the age of 18 years old.
For the Parent
If the last names differ on the ID’s, Legal custody AND/OR Divorce documentation must be provided. If a guardian has legal custody of the minor, there is paperwork that exists and it must be shown at the time of service.
